Terms and Conditions
Delivery Schedule
We currently deliver to the U.K. only.
Delivery charges are dependant upon delivery requirements and are shown at the checkout. (i.e. special delivery)
Delivery will be charged at £8.00 per order.
Delivery Free for orders over £80.00.
Orders placed on Fri,Sat,Sun,Mon, will be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday unless another delivery day is specified.
Orders are processed before 9 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each day. Orders received before 9 am will be despatched for delivery to reach you before 1pm the following day. Orders received after 9 am will be processed the next working day.
We will deliver on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, if you wish you can specify a day that suits you best.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they make arrangements to receive the goods order on the day specified as per order form and confirmation by Angus Trotters. Any alterations to the delivery date must be by mutual consent, the revised date will be confirmed by Angus Trotters.
Our courier service endeavour to deliver on time.
Where an order is not received by the specified time, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may track down your goods.
Back Orders
In the event that an item is not available we will not replace with a substitute, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to wait for the back order or to cancel.
Guarantee
We hereby guarantee that all our meats supplied to you are processed in our MHS approved cutting plant in Redruth, Cornwall.
We hold two registered numbers which means we adhere to very strict hygiene and butchery regulation.

All cattle that come through our shop are grass fed on rich pastures.
Each animal can be traced back to its farm of origin.
All our beef is hung for a minimum of 2 weeks.
We cut our meat to a high specification it is vacuum packed on the day of despatch and placed in sealed insulated boxes for maximum freshness.
If in the unlikely event any meat arrives with the seal not perfect please re-bag and use within 24 hours or freeze for use later.
All our manufactured goods are additive free, we also use fresh fruit and vegetables in our sausages so these goods will require refrigeration and consumption within 24 hours or freezing for future use.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with our products or services please contact us.
Any discrepancies should be notified within 24 hours and will be dealt with under U.K. law.
Remittance
You will be asked to enter credit card details on the secure screen.
We do not charge for any items until they are ready for despatch. Backorder items are not charged for until despatch.
